Project History

HEQT was conceived as a response to the pressing need for a more efficient, transparent, and internationally aligned legal system within Azerbaijan. The challenge was to create a digital platform that could serve as the cornerstone for legal education, reform initiatives, and public engagement in legislative processes. Bytelas was tasked with transforming HEQT's vision into a tangible solution that would serve both the legal community and the general public.

Logo Idea and Execution

The logo represents the pillars of law, education, and reform, intertwined within the national context. It encapsulates HEQT's commitment to enhancing the legal framework through a modern and accessible approach. The choice of colors and design elements reflects professionalism, authority, and innovation. The logo presented is a combination of typographic and symbolic elements, designed to represent HEQT which stands for "Hüquqi Ekspertiza və Qanunvericilik Təşəbbüsləri Mərkəzi".

Conceptual Foundation:

The concept behind the graphic element combines the idea of 'HEQT' with the precision of a quill, which could metaphorically represent the organization’s role in illuminating legal matters and crafting legislation.
